Following up on the wildly popular 2021 LP, Human Zoo, and 2023 EP Pop Songs for the Apocalypse, Griff and Alaska have teamed up again, announcing a new 5-song EP, Gerasco, dropping May 6th. They have released the first single “Lean in to the Curve,” which is now available on all streaming platforms. The album title, Gerasco is a Greek word, meaning “to age or get old.”
Rather than run from it, Alaska and Griff embrace the progression of time with open arms, sharing wisdom and lessons learned over the years in the form of banging beats and slick rhymes. The EP features guest appearances from Alex Ludovico and Seth Bohn, as well as additional vocal contributions from Akrobatik, Zilla Rocca, Jesse the Tree and Nicey Most.
