Staten Island’s Kromeatose & Billy Ballantine Unleash a Storm of “Dust Cloudz”

Kromeatose & Billy Ballantine - Dust Cloudz Video

Dust clouds are essential cosmic components of our boundless universe, influencing everything from the appearance of the night sky to the very creation of stars and planets. And when it comes to Staten Island-based Hip Hop collective, Invaders Of the Universe, these celestial spitters appear to be 100% comprised of these galactic building blocks of life, which the science community defines as dust clouds.

Kromeatose and Billy Ballantine, one-half of I.O.U., touch down on planet Earth to unveil their new single and music video “Dust Cloudz”, a combustible audio dust storm that consumes everything in its path. The mesmerizing Dom Casella & Joe Landry-produced soundscape sets the table for these two invaders to feast, while Tyler Harrison of Thriving Era, visually captures every aspect of this nebular microphone ceremony. From the live introduction from Hardcore giant Lord Ezec a/k/a Danny Diablo to cameo scenes with Skam Dust, this video is full of cosmic energy.

Speaking on “Dust Cloudz”, Kromeatose explained, “Every storm we release is a dust cloud. Every bar is an asteroid gunning for the crown.” Billy Ballantine added, “This is an invasion. A never-ending invasion.” Kromeatose & Billy Ballantine’s “Dust Cloudz” is OUT NOW and will also be featured on the Invaders of the Universe “Everywhere but Nowhere: Volume 2” Mixtape.
