PHZ-Sicks – DX/NWO

PHZ-Sicks is back with his latest offering in ‘DX/NWO’.

Virginia rap artist PHZ-Sicks (pronounced ‘physics’) presents the “DX/NWO” music video, which is a loosie single inspired by his lover for pro wrestling. Produced by Roman RSK, “DX/NWO” comes on the heels of his previous music video release “Run It”.

“One of my favorite pastimes is wrestling. During my process of getting better and fighting bouts of depression, wrestling and movies was always there to allow me to escape when writing wasn’t an option. Every bar in this song is a wrestling reference and it is the most fun I’ve had writing a song. I also wanted to show love in the beginning of the song to black wrestlers and the black fans of the wrestling. Wrestling is still a product that is tied to its past but yet they transcend the things that could hold them back and do it for the culture. Representation matters and helps wrestling become more inclusive in the future.”
