Prolific emcee Homeboy Sandman drops a brand-new music video for “All AKA Ciao,” sampling Adekunle Gold’s High. The music video arrives alongside Homeboy Sandman’s latest project I Can’t Sell These Either mixtape.
I Can’t Sell These Either is a brand-new mixtape that sees Homeboy Sandman rapping over his favorite instrumentals. The concept began with his 2022 I Can’t Sell These mixtape which received an A grade in Dean of American Rock Critics, Robert Christgau’s, consumer guide. I Can’t Sell These Either sees Homeboy Sandman rapping over instrumentals from Knxwledge, Q-Tip, J Dilla, Khruangbin, and more.
Homeboy Sandman on the mixtape, states: “As a listener I’ve been discovering so many amazing tunes of late. I’ve also been finding lots of instrumentals for songs I’ve loved in the past or didn’t love even though I loved the instrumentals. Plus I toured a lot this year and touring means driving. And driving means writing. Plus when I wasn’t driving I was still awake. And being awake also means writing. And since obviously none of this stuff belongs to me, it’s time for another mixtape. Ladies and gentlemen, I Can’t Sell These Either.”
Homeboy Sandman will be heading back to Europe this December performing shows in the UK, France, and Germany. Ahead of the EU tour, Homeboy Sandman will be performing in Brooklyn on November 30th.
