AL-J of Blak Madeen and Kane Major revisit a classic era with their new collaborative “Blak To The Old School” album. Produced entirely by Kane Major with raps by Al-J, the sixteen track project pays homage to their influences and features Mega Ran, Blak Madeen, and DJ Slipwax.
“Everyone has a story. This is the reason who we are and why we are here. Strap your seatbelt and prepare yourself for the ride” says Al-J. “I wanted to provide a canvas for Al to reintroduce himself. Most of the samples are from the 80’s and many are Boston related” says Kane.
