What can you tell us about the new album ‘Sorry For The Dedication’? If you had to pick one… Which song would you say is your favorite or song you found to be the most challenging lyrically?
On this album I have found my sound, I have grounded myself and put focus on my music career. Balenciaga would probably be my favorite next to Mode. I like Motherless too. This is one of my favorite albums to date.
Nacho Soprano is a very unique artist name. How did you come up with it?
Nacho Soprano is what it sounds like…. I’m Na-Cho Soprano. I’m not out here singing and Dancing. I’m out here talking about real life get money type shit.
What are your thoughts on the industry today and the direction it’s going?
Rap is unorganized. Everything is considered rap. Like Yk Osirisus considered a rapper, when it’s obvious he is an R&B artist.
What do you wish you did differently when starting out as a rapper?
Nothing! Everything is going the way it should. All I can continue to do is elevate myself and continue pouring into myself. I have a bigger picture in my head. I have Goals in my life and this is just my beginning!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Any collabs you’d like to make happen?
I see myself being a real businessman. Creating opportunities, being a real staple in the music industry. Not only just in music, but also in Fashion and Art.
