Piff Penny and Get’em Rizzy drop their new single “Petty.” This heavy, boom-bap track is nothing short of amazing. Piff Penny brings in the alligator Aida to get dirty and roll around in the jungle a bit. These two emcees are talking some serious heat. The sample in the beginning teases you for what’s to come. Piff Penny did not waste time with his well-seasoned and immaculate delivery. Aida has set a standard. Bars on top of bars, Aida counterattacks with precision.
It appears like both of these spittaz have a lot to get off their minds. If you see that wolf running scared, then your hunting season is in full effect. Get’em Rizzy talent may be one that we need to preserve. This guy is amazing. The snares and guitar mesmerize you while the drums give you the chills. The production jumps out at you, demanding your full attention. Daz Jones scratches added a much-needed “in your face” hook that samples the great Method Man. This hook completes the track with a cherry on top. Being Petty, well, we are the Pettiest.
