Thirstin Howl The 3rd Releases ‘Black Angeles’ Video Feat. Hurricane G

Thirstin Howl The 3rd feat. Hurricane G - Black Angeles Video

Don Chicharron returns!  Another musical performance/video has dropped from the forthcoming Thirstin Howl the 3rd film this morning.  Today is the birthday of the late Hip-Hop legend Hurricane G who stars in the video (as well as the film). “Black Angeles” re-interprets a classic Latin soul funk track with Hurricane G as the songstress at the fictional nightclub where the film takes place.  Also containing verses from Thirstin and TMP (AKA The Microphone Prince) “Black Angeles” is a socially minded track as Thirstin reveals “the actual song that we use is about allowing black angels into heaven and asking why they are discriminated against.”

Last week, the official trailer for the short film was uploaded and was announced for digital release this November.  Don Chicharron is a Skillusions Film in association with GoldBox Film Studios, The film was written and directed by Thirstin Howl and directed by Stephen Box Lo Gonzalez

In addition to Thirstin Howl The 3rd, Hurricane G, and TMP, the cast also features DJ Exes (also of Grupo HNE) as well as Lo-Life affiliate/emcee Luey The 4th. A counterpart to the previously released Don Chicharron mixtape, the film takes place in Thirstin and TMP’s fictional nightclub Grandma’s House and contains a number of musical performances over classic salsa, Latin soul, and bongo breaks.
