Grimy rhyme-slanger Pro Zay has just dropped new visuals for his “Powder Coated Slides” joint. Stretched by Mane98 with a hazy melodica loop and dank-soaked bass and laced by a verse from Buffalo, NY’s ToneyBoi, this is top-grade raw.
Shot and edited by Tony Tone Zay and Toney connected in Las Vegas for a smoke session on top of sin-city. Speaking on the link-up Toney commented “Zay is a relentless piece of the underground, the kid never stops working. He was also probably the first out-of-towner to show me and (Camouflage) Monk love.”
The twenty-three track deep project is dedicated to the San Antonio, TX based emcee’s homie Ace, who passed last fall. It features work from a cross-country list of talent including Ed Glorious, Doof, Jay Nice, Iceberg Theory, Squeegie O, Koncept Jackson, Flashius Clayton, Timepiece, NCL-TM and more.
